Every order is shipped with DHL GoGreen Plus — using sustainable aviation fuel that reduces carbon emissions by up to 80% compared to conventional shipping. It is the only way we ship.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship within 6 weeks — this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

All orders are tracked. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs & duties

Orders within the EU are shipped duties-paid. For orders outside the EU — United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand — customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

A note on speed

We do not offer express shipping. Every piece leaves Berlin carefully packed, with a handwritten note and a provenance card. That takes a little more time. We think it is worth it.
