We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with the provenance card included.

How to return

Email us at hello@reinberlin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the piece is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces made to order are non-refundable unless faulty. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different piece, please indicate this in your return email. Subject to availability.

Gift returns

If your piece was received as a gift, please contact us directly and we will find the best solution.
